Experience and Qualifications QTS with a Mathematics specialism. Strong understanding of mathematical pedagogy including fluency, reasoning and problem-solving techniques. Ability to plan structured, engaging lessons suitable for a range of abilities. Commitment to participating in the school’s ECT induction, coaching sessions and ongoing CPD. Willingness to support enrichment opportunities such as maths competitions, booster sessions or numeracy initiatives.
