ECT: Humanities Teacher – Shape a Progressive, Inclusive Curriculum - Barking A progressive , inclusive secondary school in the Barking is looking for an ECT of Humanities to start in January 2026. ECT: Humanities Teacher required from January 2026 Barking -based school committed to progressive and inclusive education. Ideal for an ECT passionate about cultural studies and diverse perspectives. You will teach RE, History and/or Geography at KS3/4 . The induction includes training on implementing innovative assessment practices and using the curriculum to promote well-rounded global citizenship within an inclusive school culture. Experience and Qualifications QTS or completing final training in a Humanities Subject A strong commitment to inclusive teaching practices and differentiation. Willingness to embrace progressive pedagogical approaches and EdTech. Enthusiasm for leading discussion and promoting critical thinking skills.
