Junior Legal Executive

One of the largest ship registration service providers based in Valletta, Malta is currently seeking a Junior Legal Executive to join their team. In this role, the selected candidate will play a key part in supporting maritime legal operations, assisting with vessel registration, ship transactions, and client management. This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €30K , depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and draft all necessary documentation for the registration of vessels under the Malta flag Handle legal aspects of ship sale and purchase transactions for Malta-flagged vessels Support the team with daily casework and liaise directly with clients and relevant authorities Independently manage individual client relationships and follow up on legal matters Education, Skills, and Experience Degree in Law (not yet warranted) or fully warranted Lawyer Previous experience in maritime law or ship registration is a plus Fluency in English at a C2/native level , both written and spoken Strong interest in technical and legal aspects of maritime matters Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills What’s on Offer Salary up to €30K , depending on experience Office based in Valletta, Malta Paid training Opportunities for career progression Health insurance Corporate discounts Apply with your detailed CV. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
