HR Manager – Mtwara

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in the manufacturing industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, benefits, and grievances. Ensuring compliance with company policies. Lead the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop staffing plans to align with production needs, seasonal fluctuations, and workforce demands. Identify and address training needs for employee development, safety, and compliance. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with industry standards. Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees. Ensure the organization adheres to all employment laws and provides a safe working environment. Manage the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs. Analyze compensation trends in the manufacturing sector to ensure competitive packages. Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values. Implement HR programs that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational success.
