Training Coach

Training Coach What you’ll do: Ensuring a consistent, high-quality training product is delivered. Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate register and document training activities in the company. Responsible for imparting training required and necessary to maintain the optimum level of competence of production employees. Provide on the job coaching, mentoring and support to Trainers and trainees. Follow-up on certifications/recertification process. All other tasks arising for the improvement and implementation of the goals and objectives for training development of production personnel. - Developing skills of Production Operators guiding them to fulfill their roles and goals. - Reports, System Updates, Training, assessing and Documenting. - L2L update - Training Facilitation - Certification Process - Kappa Certification and detection - Registration and Maintaining Training Documents - Tracking all training in data base and ensuring are completed - Follow up to the Training Matrix What is required: 1 year as Training or AMT Leader 3 years of experience of ILUO system or similar Industrial Engineering or similar What’s in it for you: •Attractive compensation package •Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks. •Gender Pay Equality Autoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
