Title: Consultant – Digital Automation Location: Karachi (Saddar) Mode: Onsite Role: Full-time, Permanent Job Summary A Digital Automation Consultant is required to support ongoing client projects by translating business needs into actionable digital solutions. The role focuses on banking automation, technical integration, stakeholder coordination, and post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities - Define and manage project scope while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations. - Conduct project kick-off sessions and lead regular scrum meetings until project completion. - Gather, validate, and document business requirements with an emphasis on digital banking and automation features. - Communicate project progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. - Serve as the primary technical and functional point of contact throughout the client onboarding phase. - Manage communication across multiple organizational levels, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and advisory interactions.
