Year 1 Teacher – Welcoming Primary School in Northampton

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join our welcoming Primary School in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent part-time role starting January 2026, offering the opportunity to support pupils at the start of KS1. Key Information Position: Year 1 Teacher Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time Working Pattern: 3 days per week, Term Time Only Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome) About the Role As an enthusiastic and nurturing Year 1 Teacher , you will plan and deliver engaging lessons, supporting pupils’ early literacy and numeracy development. The successful candidate will embrace the responsibilities of a Year 1 Teacher , working closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure all pupils achieve their potential.
