HR ASSISTANT (FX) [CYPRUS]

Job Description: HR Assistant Location: Limassol, Cyprus Job Type: On-Site Industry: Financial Services (FX Industry Preferred) Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join ourclients dynamic team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources and a desire to support our HR functions in a fast-paced environment, ideally with experience in the foreign exchange (FX) industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees. Help manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing support in resolving workplace issues. Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role; experience in the FX industry is a strong advantage. Demonstrated understanding of HR principles and practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
