Technical Support Specialist BIM 360

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist BIM 360 for an important software company located in Barcelona. Responsabilities: Troubleshoot and assist customers on a variety of BIM/ACC issues and questions. Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for knowledgebase. Research, verify, and document product problem reports. Manage customer expectations by providing updates on work progress. Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English. Excellent written and spoken French and Spanish, or German. Industry background: Architecture, Construction, or Engineering. Industry experience and good understanding of how projects develop from design to construction, and commissioning is required. Knowledge of any of BIM 360 / Construction Cloud / BIM Collaborate / BIM Collaborate Pro or familiarity with other construction management software and common data environments. Revit knowledge and Revit collaboration workflows are a plus. Knowledge of BIM standards and BIM certifications are a plus. Problem-solving mindset is a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Passion for helping people.
