Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Operational Leadership: Full management and supervision of the premises team (caretakers, cleaning, maintenance). Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all site security, compliance (H&S, fire safety), and statutory inspections. Facilities Management: Oversight of routine maintenance schedules, contractor liaison, and management of the site budget. Essential Requirements & Benefits Candidate Profile: Proven experience in facilities management or as a senior Site Manager, preferably within a school or large public organisations. Must hold relevant H&S qualifications. Compensation: Highly competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications (ranging from £38,000 – £45,000+).
