Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities across Romania. Drive sales growth through solution-oriented approaches and strong customer focus. Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and internal teams to deliver projects, promotions, and proposals. Represent CELO at industry events and provide input for product development. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and contribute to strategic planning. 🎯 Requirements Proven B2B sales experience in construction, electrical, or mechanical sectors. Ability to manage complex sales processes, territories, and long-term relationships. Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and data management. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proactive, results-oriented profile with a strong customer focus. Fluent English and Romanian; additional languages are an advantage. Candidates must be based in Romania , specifically in the eastern region. ✨ Nice to have Engineering or technical background - Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
