We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Ticketing Executive/Ground Staff. As a Ticketing Executive/Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel bookings, managing ticketing and reservations, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the airport and providing assistance to passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage claim. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with their travel bookings and provide information on flight schedules, fares, and availability - Manage ticketing and reservations for both domestic and international flights - Process payments and issue tickets to customers - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with all airline and airport regulations and procedures - Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage claim - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations at the airport - Keep updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues at all times Qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in ticketing or customer service is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of computer systems and ticketing software - Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends - Must have a valid passport and be able to travel if required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
