Data & Analytics Consultant

About the Assignments We are currently looking for experienced specialists in Data Engineering, BI Development, or Data Science/AI . You will join a data team responsible for building, operating, and further developing data platforms, data models, reports, and advanced analytics solutions. This is a hybrid role , allowing for a combination of remote work and on-site collaboration. Roles and Responsibilities Your tasks may include: Data Engineering: Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and integration flows (ETL/ELT); develop and manage data models and structures; ensure data quality and security. BI Development: Create reports, dashboards, and analytics with the business; contribute to BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); maintain data accuracy. Data Science/AI: Support ML/AI model development and operation; perform predictive analytics using Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow); collaborate on advanced data analysis projects. Collaborate with architects, development teams, and business stakeholders. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or Data Science/AI. Strong SQL and database knowledge (SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, etc.). Experience with data integration and pipeline tools (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SSIS, Airflow, etc.). For BI: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik. For Data Science/AI: Python, ML frameworks. Preferred: Public sector experience, data warehouse/lakehouse/MLOps experience, DevOps/CI/CD knowledge, data governance understanding. Preferable language: fluent in english or swedish Practical Information Full-time (100%), hybrid work. Initial 6–12 months, with extension possibility.
