Commissioning Manager Offshore

ISS International SpA is looking for a Commissioning Manager for an Offshore Project in China and Qatar. The activity is currently scheduled to start in February/March 2026 for approximately 4 months at the EPC Contractor' Yard in Tianjin (China), before moving offshore Qatar until June 2027, with a possible extension. Main Responsibilities: Overall responsibility and accountability of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, test run phases according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. Specifically: Ensure HSE procedures required for each activities/work phases are available and applied Contribute to Safety Walkdowns. In case of incidents contribute to investigations Participate to Pre Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR) Issue Pre-Comm, Comm and Start-up progress reports Manage Pre-Comm, Comm, Start-up & first Operation activities, coordinating different parties Ensure respect of schedule/budget, either during home office activity or at site Participate to risk/opportunity meetings Responsible for competency assurance/development of team Participate to handover process including preparation of Commissioning Dossiers Requirements : At least 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries with particular emphasis in Upstream At least 5 years as Commissioning Manager/Coordinator/Leader Experience in at least 2 major Oil & Gas Offshore projects as Commissioning Manager English fluent Valid BOSIET/TBOSIET FURTHER DETAILS: Location Tianjin (China) : Estimated Beginning: February/March 2026 Duration: 4 months, with possible extension Rotation: 90 days ON / 16 days OFF Working Schedule: 8 hours per day / 5 days per week Logistics: fully provided in city accommodation Location Qatar Offshore : Duration: till June 2027, with possible extension Rotation: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF Working Schedule: 12 hours per day / 7 days per week
