JOB DETAILS: Leads engineering team supporting the companys top accounts in the consumer electronics market to develop new adhesives and processes to be best in class partner. Responsible for CapEx and drives continues improvements of the labs and capabilities to be future ready. Ensures compliance with all company requirements (safety, legal), and relevant industry/customer specifications. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in science or engineering 10 years of experience with adhesives and films/tapes materials used in consumer electronics devices. 5 years of experience of leading at least team of 5+ engineers/scientist as a direct report. The capacity to use agile methodologies and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
