Lead - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Develop domain expertise in the telecommunications industry, including products, pricing models, sales processes, fulfilment, billing, and operational workflows across multiple markets Contribute to quote-to-billing solution design, including product catalog definition, the pricing and costing structure Facilitate customer and stakeholder workshops to elicit, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution designs, system configurations, and integrations align with agreed business requirements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Analysis practice Person Specifications Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations through structured workshops, walkthroughs, and feedback sessions Ability to summarize complex solution proposals clearly and concisely, including assumptions, options, impacts, and recommendations to support decision-making and approvals Confidence to constructively challenge customer requests that fall outside scope or viability, balancing business needs with technical feasibility, delivery timelines, and cost implications Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and end-to-end operational models Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments, collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and delivery teams For vendor submissions: 12 months
