Position: SAS Developer – SAS DI Experience: 4 –6 Years Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled SAS Developer with strong expertise in SAS Data Integration (DI) to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAS programming, ETL development, and working with large-scale data systems. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SAS Data Integration (SAS DI Studio) · Develop and optimize SAS programs (Base SAS, SQL) for data extraction, transformation, and loading · Work with multiple data sources including RDBMS, flat files, and external systems · Perform data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation · Optimize SAS jobs for performance and scalability · Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements · Ensure compliance with coding standards, documentation, and best practices · Support production issues, enhancements, and scheduled batch jobs Required Skills & Expertise · 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a SAS Developer · Strong expertise in SAS Data Integration (SAS DI Studio) · Proficient in Base SAS, SAS SQL, Macros · Experience with ETL development and data warehousing concepts · Good understanding of data modeling and data flows · Experience working with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, etc.) · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have · Experience in Banking / Financial Services / AML / Risk domain · Exposure to SAS Management Console and scheduling tools · Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment · Experience with performance tuning and optimization Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science
