Per Diem Registered Nurse - Start of Care

CareCo Medical Home Health is seeking an experienced per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to complete Start of Care (SOC) and 30 day SOC visits for our non medical home care clients in Rhode Island. This is a flexible, per visit opportunity for an RN looking to supplement their schedule while providing essential clinical support. Position Summary The Per Diem RN is responsible for completing Start of Care (SOC) visits, including required assessments and documentation, to support ongoing home care services. This role focuses on clinical evaluation and coordination to ensure care is initiated accurately and efficiently.
