Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Director to join our dedicated healthcare team in Houston, TX, providing strategic leadership and ensuring excellence in patient care. Schedule and Shift Details Flexible scheduling options Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed Key Responsibilities Oversee the clinical operations of the medical practice to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Develop and implement medical policies and procedures in compliance with state regulations and industry best practices. Provide direct medical care to patients, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-ups. Coordinate and supervise the work of the medical team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records. Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Represent the medical practice at community events and professional meetings. Mentor and support ongoing education and professional development for medical staff.
