Shared Services Transformation Lead

Location: NCR Work Schedule: Morning Shift Core Responsibilities Establish the Shared Services function, including structure and operating model Recruit, organize, and manage the initial accounting team Plan staffing levels and monitor utilization and output Lead process transitions and operational initiatives Put in place basic workflows, controls, and performance tracking Maintain service standards and drive continuous improvements Work closely with business leaders and support teams Qualifications Strong experience in managing teams and day-to-day operations Project management exposure, especially in setup or transition work Understanding of accounting or finance processes Effective communicator with a hands-on leadership style
