Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Enterprise Focus: Instructing Business Studies across Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level) only. Strategic Analysis: Developing students' ability to evaluate financial data, marketing strategies, and global business models at an advanced level. Induction Journey: Participating in weekly mentoring sessions and the Early Career Framework (ECF) training with a focus on Sixth Form pedagogy.
