The Role As a Behaviour Mentor in Chiswick, you will support pupils who struggle with emotional regulation, boundaries, and engagement with learning . Many pupils benefit from predictable routines, clear expectations, and positive adult relationships. You may support pupils in the classroom, within withdrawal spaces, or through targeted intervention sessions. Your work will focus on helping pupils develop self-regulation skills and positive behaviour patterns.
