Job Description Responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, hardware, and internet connectivity across offices and showrooms. Ensures stable, secure, and high-performance IT services to support business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and showroom internet connectivity Configure and maintain network devices (firewalls, switches, access points) Administer servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware (servers, PCs, laptops, printers) Ensure reliable internet connectivity for offices and showrooms Provide Level 2 IT support and resolve infrastructure issues Apply security best practices and system updates Maintain basic documentation and hardware inventory Manage hardware lifecycle: procurement support, deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning
