Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Remote (Europe) Employment Type: Full-time Level: Senior Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 USD + Equity (0.1%–0.25%) About the Role We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join at an early stage and help build core systems from scratch . This is a deeply hands-on role for engineers who enjoy working without rigid frameworks, making architectural decisions independently, and shaping both the technology stack and engineering culture from day one. You'll have real ownership over end-to-end systems, collaborate closely with product and design, and play a key role in defining how the platform scales. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end features across backend and frontend Build scalable, reliable systems and services from the ground up Make independent architectural decisions across microservices and APIs Work with databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams Optimize performance, reliability, and developer experience Continuously experiment with tools, technologies, and approaches What Were Looking For 7+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong polyglot programming background with Golang (must-have) Experience designing and building systems without established frameworks Solid knowledge of frontend and backend development Experience with microservices architecture , APIs, and databases Hands-on exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure Previous experience at early-stage startups or building products from scratch Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity-driven approach Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $100k–$150k USD Equity participation (0.1%–0.25%) Opportunity to shape architecture and tech stack from day one Fully remote within Europe Collaborative, innovative, and ownership-driven environment If you're excited by blank slates, autonomy, and building meaningful systems from zero, that's the place to do it.
