The firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Associate to join its growing practice. Key Responsibilities Candidates will be considered for interview based on demonstrated ability to contribute across all phases of civil defense litigation, including: Managing litigation matters from inception through resolution, with increasing ownership over time Handling court appearances, hearings, and procedural filings Drafting pleadings, motions, and written discovery Taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Participating in mediations, settlement negotiations, and dispute strategy Communicating directly with clients and providing consistent case updates Supporting trial preparation and working closely with partners on litigation strategy This role offers hands-on litigation exposure with strong guidance and room to grow. Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) These qualifications are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet all requirements will not be considered.
