The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Highbury, you will support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities, and SEMH . Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis , in small groups, or within the classroom. You will help pupils access learning, develop social and communication skills, and build confidence within a supportive and structured environment.
