Immigration & Relocation Administrator

Our client, a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Swatar, Malta, is looking for an Immigration & Relocation Administrator to join their growing team. In this role, you will be managing a portfolio of clients and assisting with immigration and relocation processes. This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to €25K , depending on experience. Role & Responsibilities Providing support to the immigration team Keeping clients’ files up to date and issuing invoices as needed Assisting a portfolio of clients with their daily enquiries, including compliance and KYC Attending client meetings Taking ownership of various processes, including permits and special residence programmes Education, Skills & Experience O-Level standard of education Experience in the field of work permit or residency programmes is considered an asset Fluency in English at a C2/Native level, both written and spoken Customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong multitasking skills; organised with a keen eye for detail Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Willingness to learn About the role Salary of up to €25K depending on experience Hybrid with flexible hours – on Fridays the office closes at 14:00 On-the-job training Free Parking Health Insurance Opportunities to attend industry events Study leave and opportunities for career growth Apply with your detailed CV. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
