Develop students' language proficiency and cultural awareness, particularly at KS5. Create a positive and engaging learning environment, especially for advanced learners. Contribute to the development and implementation of the Spanish curriculum, with a focus on A-Level. Potential for a TLR for a candidate demonstrating leadership potential in KS5. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Spanish (or a related subject). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership potential in KS5 delivery (for TLR consideration).
