Pennsylvania - Licensed Practical Nurse - PRN

Job description: About the Role: We are seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide patient care across multiple healthcare environments, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior living centers, private homes, and hospital or clinical settings. This role is ideal for LPNs seeking schedule flexibility. Shifts are available on days, nights, weekdays, and weekends based on facility needs. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within your scope of practice, including assisting with the preparation, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of patient care plans Collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers Communicate effectively with nurses, providers, and care team members Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate tasks as appropriate Minimum Qualifications Minimum 6 months of LPN experience is preferred. Ability to communicate in English Active LPN State-License Active CPR/BLS certification Ability to successfully complete background checks Medical requirements including physicals and TB tests may be required. Additional documentation or training may be required in accordance with state laws and facility policies.
