What youll do Lead, coach, and mentor a team of shufflers providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth. Oversee team operations: manage shift scheduling, attendance tracking, performance oversight, and ensure smooth workflow across all shifts (morning, afternoon, night). Promote a collaborative, supportive environment run regular team meetings, encourage open communication, and ensure team cohesion. Identify training needs for individuals and the team, coordinate with training departments, and support continuous learning and improvement. Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and performance standards maintaining consistency and quality in every shift. What were looking for Fluency in English (written and spoken, at C1 level) for clear communication in a multicultural environment. At least one year of experience in a similar role (team lead, supervisor, or relevant position); academic background in management or related field is a plus. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills; ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team while handling pressure and responsibilities. Good organizational and time management skills; reliable, flexible (willing to work rotational shifts) and comfortable in a live casino context where shift work is required.
