Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing completed at a Canadian university Minimum two (2) years of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a Canadian provincial regulatory body Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required) Canadian passport valid for a minimum of 6 months (required for visa processing) Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, comprehensive, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation Apply infection prevention and control principles, including universal precautions and aseptic techniques Monitor and operate patient care equipment to support optimal clinical outcomes Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Contribute to patient safety initiatives and continuous quality improvement activities Candidate Profile Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and patient-centered practice Works effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintains high standards of professional accountability and documentation Demonstrates cultural awareness and adaptability in an international setting Committed to continuous learning and evidence-based practice Why Work in Saudi Arabia?
