Technical Manager - Woodwork / Joinery Factory

Overview Responsible for managing all technical, engineering, and production coordination activities in the woodwork/joinery factory to ensure accurate drawings, efficient production, and high-quality final products. Key Responsibilities Lead and review shop drawings, cutting lists, and material schedules. Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and project teams. Support production by resolving technical issues and ensuring correct fabrication methods. Oversee quality control across cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing. Manage material selection and reduce waste through optimized production techniques. Supervise and develop the technical team (draftsmen, engineers, CNC programmers). Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related Field 8+ years experience in joinery/woodwork, including managerial experience. Strong knowledge of woodwork fabrication, materials, and finishing. Proficient in AutoCAD and woodworking software; CNC knowledge is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
