Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager Location: Nam Dinh 1/ Job Description: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sustainable growth. Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key clients including garment manufacturers, retailers, and distributors. Actively seek and develop new customers and markets within the dyeing and printing industry. Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and profitability goals. Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management. Recruit, train, lead, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's dyeing and printing services, production capabilities, and competitive advantages. Communicate technical features and service benefits clearly and effectively to customers. Coordinate closely with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Handle and resolve customer concerns related to production schedules, quality, or service issues. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. 2/ Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the textile, dyeing, or printing industry. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Good understanding of textile industry processes, trends, and standards is an advantage.
