This school is a hub for the performing arts, boasting professional-grade facilities. As an ECT, you will be supported in developing your artistic voice while managing a busy studio schedule in a community that values creative expression. Core Responsibilities Deliver practical and theoretical Drama lessons to students in KS3 and KS4, including script analysis and devising. Direct and support school productions, encouraging inclusive participation across all year groups. Manage a professional-grade black box studio, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment. ECT Induction & Support Mentorship from an established Head of Faculty with a focus on performance-based communication. Technical support provided by a dedicated Arts technician for all practical elements. Collaborative planning sessions with other creative arts staff. Requirements & Compensation Essential: Must hold QTS and a relevant degree in Drama or Performing Arts. Salary: Inner London Teachers' Pay Scale.
