This role is focused on supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through tailored interventions and classroom assistance. You will be responsible for providing 1:1 and small group support , helping pupils to achieve academic and social-emotional outcomes. The role requires a hands-on approach , delivering interventions in literacy, numeracy, communication, and emotional regulation.
