Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, email marketing, digital campaigns, and backlinking. Prior exposure to UAE/GCC markets while working from India will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels Manage and improve SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Lead and supervise a team of backlinking executives, ensuring high-quality and compliant link-building practices Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in UAE and GCC markets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and continuously optimize marketing outcomes Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing Experience in FinTech, HealthTech, recruitment platforms, or digital marketing agencies is preferred Strong understanding of SEO, backlinking strategies, and content optimization Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and automation platforms Proven ability to lead or mentor a small team Familiarity with the UAE/GCC digital marketing landscape is an added advantage Excellent analytical, communication, and execution skills Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates based in India and willing to relocate to Bangalore Experience managing international markets (UAE/GCC) from India Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
