Core Responsibilities Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Developing and executing a schedule of maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and building degradation. Contractor Liaison: Obtaining quotes and supervising external specialists (e.g., lift engineers, electricians) to ensure high-quality workmanship. Health & Safety Leadership: Maintaining the school's risk registers and ensuring all premises-related documentation is audit-ready.
