About the Role Challender Recruitment is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a leading automotive bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: Carry out all panel repair work to manufacturer standards. Use body alignment equipment and welding tools to restore vehicles to their original condition. Replace or repair damaged panels, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop. Ability to work with a variety of repair methods including welding and filler techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards. ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential). A positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
