Junior Talent Acquisition | Ungasan, Badung, Bali | On-site | Wine Adore Indonesia | Wine Adore is looking for a Full-Time Talent Acquisition (Junior Level) to support our growing teams. This role is ideal for early-career HR or recruitment professionals who want strong exposure to end-to-end hiring while also supporting basic HR operations and recruitment data management. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers to support timely hiring, improve recruitment processes, and ensure a smooth candidate experience in a fast-growing startup environment. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment activities , including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups Coordinate closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Maintain recruitment trackers , candidate databases, and basic ATS records Support job postings across job portals and internal channels Assist with employer branding activities and recruitment-related projects Support recruitment reporting, hiring status updates, and basic data analysis Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires Support ad-hoc HR operational tasks when required Requirements Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruitment-related roles Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using google workspace, job portals, and digital tools Good communication skills and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset Able to work well in a fast-paced and growing startup environment
