You’ll ensure a smooth, enjoyable planning experience by providing timely support, accurate information, and attentive customer care. At HB Travels Agency USA, we are dedicated to delivering personalized, reliable travel services to clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities Assist clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms with questions about destinations, pricing, and travel options. Coordinate travel components such as flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and transportation. Provide up-to-date information on travel requirements, documentation, and agency procedures. Manage booking updates, special requests, and cancellations as needed. Maintain accurate client information and follow up before and after travel for confirmation and feedback.
