Project Assistant Manager/Manager - Hải Dương (45-55 triệu VNĐ)

Position: Project Assistant Manager/ Manager Salary Range: VND 45-55 mil Location: Hai Duong RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Relationship Management and Requirement Follow-Up Ensure timely and accurate confirmation of customer orders, delivery schedules, and related inquiries, and provide prompt updates reflecting the company's current status. Welcome and assist visiting clients. Maintain strong, effective communication with customers and address project-related concerns proactively. Project Management Lead weekly project meetings for assigned projects, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on schedule. Participate in production and shipping meetings to help achieve an on-time delivery rate exceeding 90%. Oversee the execution of ECNs (Engineering Change Notices), ensuring all related costs (CIAs) are approved in advance by the appropriate stakeholders. Join weekly quality meetings and promptly report customer quality expectations and feedback. Organize emergency meetings as needed and coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve urgent project issues. New Product Introduction (NPI) Track and manage the new product introduction process for your assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with customer expectations. Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks Carry out daily administrative duties and fulfill other ad hoc assignments as directed by management. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Electronics, Production Engineering and Management, or a related field. Over 7 years of experience in project management, ideally within the electronics industry. Have experience of working in Apples projects. Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong listening, reading, and writing abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experienced in preparing various reports and conducting detailed data analysis. Highly responsible, with strong communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities; personable and outgoing demeanor. Detail-oriented, honest, hardworking, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic environments. Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with a strong sense of teamwork. Maintains a professional and focused approach under high-pressure situations. Trained in formal project management methodologies. Overseas work experience is an advantage. Working Conditions: - Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) - Competitive salary and housing allowance. - OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month. - 13th salary month. - Social Insurance in full salary. - Annual leave: 12 days per year
