Role Overview: Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setting in B2B Tech Join our team as a key player in client success. In this role, you will reach out to business professionals by phone, qualify new leads, and schedule meetings on behalf of our global B2B tech clients. Your ability to build rapport over the phone and accurately assess the needs of prospective buyers will drive real value for fast-scaling SaaS companies. Key Responsibilities – Telemarketing & Appointment Setting Make outbound calls to B2B contacts for SaaS and technology brands, driving brand awareness and initial product conversations. Qualify sales leads by speaking with decision-makers to understand needs and challenges relevant to our clients’ solutions. Book appointments and schedule calls directly in clients’ calendars, or promptly pass on warm leads to client sales teams. Update call activity, conversation notes, and lead information accurately in CRM systems. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and qualified opportunities. What We're Looking For – Skills & Qualifications for Lead Generation Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English; clear, engaging, and professional phone manner. Drive: Comfortable managing high call volumes and working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, sales, or appointment setting within the B2B sector. Attention to Detail: Able to accurately update records in CRMs and follow call scripts or qualification criteria. Team Player: Proactive, reliable, and able to collaborate with distributed teams and clients.
