Email Marketer

JOB DETAILS Job Title: Email Marketer Location: Remote Work Shift : Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) / Flexible hours Working Hours : Full-time; 40 hours per week Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketer to manage and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue. This role focuses on building, executing, and improving email marketing strategies across newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated flows. Key Responsibilities: Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns (newsletters, promos, announcements) Build and optimize email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement, post-purchase, etc.) Write and edit compelling email copy aligned with brand voice Design or coordinate basic email layouts and templates Segment email lists and manage subscriber data Monitor and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times Ensure email deliverability and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable) Collaborate with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams as needed Qualifications: 1–3+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing Strong copywriting and editing skills Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email (preferred) Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Nice to Have: E-commerce or SaaS email marketing experience Experience with customer segmentation and personalization Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools
