Remote French speaking- Customer Support in Greece

About the role We are looking for French-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience for French-speaking customers. Responsibilities Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions Escalate complex cases when necessary Requirements Fluent French (C1/C2 level) Good level of English (B2 or higher) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to work on-site Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required What we offer Competitive salary package Relocation support (if applicable) International and multicultural working environment Training and career development opportunities
