Pedagogical Leadership: Model "Outstanding" classroom practice and lead departmental CPD sessions to share best practices in literacy and analytical writing. Data & Intervention: Lead on the tracking of student progress across your assigned Key Stage, implementing high-impact interventions to ensure no student is left behind. Staff Mentoring: Support and coach ECTs and established teachers within the department to foster a culture of continuous professional improvement.
