Equipment Engineer

Job Title: Equipment Engineer Location: Thailand Salary Range: 32,000 – 60,000 THB/month Employment Type: Full-time Overseas Assignment: 3–6 months (product transfer support) Job Overview We are looking for an Equipment Engineer to support manufacturing operations by ensuring high equipment availability, reliability, and performance. The role will play a key part in equipment readiness and stabilization during product transfer from an overseas site to Thailand. Key Responsibilities Manage and support manufacturing equipment used in assembly and production operations Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize downtime Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance availability, capability, and yield Support equipment setup, qualification, and transfer activities from overseas manufacturing sites Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to equipment modifications and maintenance procedures Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment Act as a technical resource for junior engineers and technicians Work with minimal supervision and handle assigned responsibilities independently Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields) Experience in equipment engineering within the electronics or semiconductor industry Strong hands-on troubleshooting and analytical skills Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness to travel and work overseas for 3–6 months during the product transfer phase Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
