Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Anaheim, CA (near Disneyland) Setting: Outpatient Retirement Community Start Date: January Assignment Length: 13 weeks (with potential to extend) Schedule: 40 hours per week Weekly Pay: $2100 Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient role within a retirement community located just about a mile from Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. This position offers a supportive environment working with independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. The PT will provide high-quality therapeutic services focused on improving mobility, function, and quality of life for older adults. Responsibilities: Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents Provide outpatient therapeutic interventions and ongoing assessments Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support resident care goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a retirement community environment Requirements: Active California PT license Prior outpatient or geriatric experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
