Position Details Title: Fullstack Developer Work Type: Remote Contract Type: B2B (via Deel) Preferred Location: Poland/Romania/Bulgaria/Lithuania/Czech Repubic/Slovakia Working Hours: Standard office hours Start Date: ASAP Must-Have Skills 5+ years of experience with React 5+ years of experience with Node.js 3+ years of experience in end-to-end product feature development (planning, execution, testing, deployment) Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, Redis Strong understanding of product development for non-technical end users Experience working with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, customer experience teams) Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with AWS Strong focus on user experience and product design Team & Work Environment The product team consists of 12 engineers , primarily fullstack developers Engineers take full ownership, handling both development and deployment (no dedicated QA or DevOps) If you are passionate about building intuitive and scalable software , enjoy working in a collaborative environment , and want to contribute to an AI-powered real estate platform , we encourage you to apply.
