Job Title: Gas Engineer (Subcontract) Location: North Wales (covering surrounding areas) Contract Type: Subcontract / Self-Employed Rate: Negotiable (DOE) Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable Gas Engineer to join our team on a subcontract basis, covering domestic works across North Wales. This is an ongoing opportunity with consistent work available and a negotiable rate depending on experience and scope. Key Responsibilities Installation, servicing, and maintenance of domestic gas appliances Fault finding and repairs Ensuring all work complies with current gas safety regulations Completing job documentation and certificates accurately Providing a professional service to customers on-site Essential Requirements Valid Gas Safe Registration Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 as applicable) Proven experience in domestic gas works Own van, tools, and test equipment Valid UK driving licence Public Liability Insurance Strong knowledge of gas safety and building regulations Desirable Unvented qualification (G3) What's on Offer Ongoing subcontract work Negotiable rates based on experience and workload Flexible working arrangements Prompt payment
