Finance Manager - Hospitality ( North )

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to join our clients team. Responsibilities: Assist in management accounts and budget preparation, including oversight of property-related operations and reporting Oversee Billing, Creditors, and Cash Teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and regular reporting to senior finance leadership Review monthly reconciliations, including fixed assets, creditors, and inter-company balances Support tax-related obligations such as VAT, ECO tax, Intrastat, tax credits, and EU funding processes Assist with audits, board reports, regulatory submissions, SOP reviews, and finance process improvements Key Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Proven experience in a Finance Manager role (hospitality industry experience is an asset) Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines #LI-GB1
